AD HORIZONTAL ESPAÑA S.L. guarantees the processing of installment payment requests (community fee payments) on the day the service request is made. This process is carried out automatically, and the review and record of these payments will be verified on the next business day following the payment.
Please note that the deadlines are calculated in business days and may be affected by local or national holidays. Also, remember that these terms are only applicable for card payments, through the virtual POS.
All payment requests and deliveries will be immediately notified to the payer, including a reference number, time, and date of the transaction. The notification will be sent via email.
AD HORIZONTAL ESPAÑA S.L. reserves the right to change the type of notification (which may include SMS messages) regardless of what is stated on these pages, provided that it does not cause any significant disadvantage to the client.
RETURNS (SERVICES)
Return Policy:
Since this is not a physical store and the activity carried out by AD HORIZONTAL ESPAÑA S.L. consists of collecting periodic fees related to its property management services, and the payments for these debts are made through a virtual POS on its website (https://www.adhorizontal.com), the return policy does not apply in this case.
Cancellation Policy:
Payments made through our payment gateway on our website may be canceled by the client at a later time, as long as we are notified via email at info@adhorizontal.com, along with the payment verification details, providing the reference number, day, and date of the transaction. Please note that, since this is a payment towards a debt, the amounts must have already been fully satisfied.
